NEW HISPANIC LEADERS NOMINATION FORM

The Dallas-Fort Worth community at large and the Latino community may nominate individuals that live in the D-FW area to be recognized as the NEW HISPANIC LEADERS, individuals that are an example and inspiration for future generations.
The key criteria to nominate an individual is his or her contribution to the well-being and development of the Latino community in the areas of:

  • Community Service (Advocacy, Health, Education, Environmental Protection, etc.)
  • Arts and Culture
  • Business
  • Sports

The individual will demonstrate the qualities which produce the promise of a future Hispanic leader. An awards ceremony will take place In December to celebrate and recognize the selected emerging Hispanic leaders in the D-FW area.
